Hole Description

This hole is sometimes considered underrated because of its elevated green, very narrow landing area and the tree guarding bunkers near the landing area. Everyone, long and short hitters alike, should try to keep the ball toward the left center of the fairway. A shot hit too far to the right will bounce toward the water hazard to the right and one hit too far to the left will go down hill and into the water. Since there is a valley in front of the green, one can easily be fooled by the distance. Its always better to be long than short of the green on this hole. Be aware of all distance indicators and watch for the prevailing left to right wind. The green requires a long lofted shot from a great distance and is considered one of the best finishing holes in the country.
