Sport Specific Massage
Appropriate before or after a long run, golf, tennis, personal training session or sporting event, this massage is designed to return oxygen to the muscles as soon as possible by stretching, applying compressions to the muscles, and cross-fiber friction to the joints and connective tissue areas using Biofreeze, a pain relieving topical cooling gel to soothe areas of tight, painful muscles and joints. You will leave feeling healthy, invigorated and stress-free.

Soothing Stone Massage
Relax with this unique hot and cold stone experience as your therapist uses long, fluid movements to increase circulation and soothe tired and stressed muscles. Designed to ease temporary sinus and lung congestion, this treatment begins with a brief upper-body massage followed by warm compresses. A restorative lavender and eucalyptus rub and a cool stone energy point massage of scalp and sinus points provide needed relief.
